The Tallahassee office of Smith Currie serves the construction industry throughout Florida, the Eastern United States, and the Caribbean Basin.  It was opened in Tallahassee because of the State governmental complex located there.

The practice of our Tallahassee office and the entire firm is directed to construction litigation and public contracts law; each area is organized to serve the interests of contractors, design professionals, sureties and owners.  The lawyers bring diverse but complementary backgrounds to the legal fields of construction litigation, public contracts and suretyship.
