Elizabeth E. PavlickAssociate

ELIZABETH E. PAVLICK is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP.  Elizabeth’s practice focuses on construction law, government contracts, and environmental law.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Boston University in 2002 and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington in 2005. While in law school Elizabeth served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal, and also worked with the law school’s Mental Health and Disability Law Clinic.

Prior to joining Smith Currie, Elizabeth was in private practice in Washington, DC, where she gained litigation experience in construction law while representing design professionals.  Elizabeth is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional, and has been involved in the green construction community in Washington, DC.

Elizabeth is admitted to the bars in the state and federal courts of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Massachusetts, as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
