J. Daniel PuckettAssociate

J. DANIEL PUCKETT is an associate in the Atlanta office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP. Daniel received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. At Georgia Tech, Daniel served as the Vice President of the Student Government Association, Senior Class President, and President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He also participated in undergraduate research through the Aerospace Combustion Lab and School of Public Policy. In addition, he worked at an international law firm in Atlanta, assisting construction attorneys with the technical aspects of large-scale construction defects.

Daniel received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law. While there, Daniel was an Article Selection Editor for the Florida State Law Review. He also served as the Executive Editor and Articles and Notes Editor for the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law.

Daniel is admitted to practice in Georgia and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
