John S. TobeyAssociate

John S. Tobey is an associate in the Atlanta office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP.  He first came to Smith, Currie & Hancock as a Summer Associate in 2006.  John was born in San Antonio, Texas.  He received his Bachelors of Arts in English with Honors at Emory University.  While at Emory, John studied abroad at the University of Oxford in the UK and at the Vniversidad de Salamanca in Spain. John later attended The University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated with Honors in 2007.  During law school, John also enrolled at the University of College London Faculty of Laws where he attended LLM classes offered in International Commercial Litigation, International Arbitration, and International Comparative Tort Law.
