GARRETT E. MILLER is an associate in the Atlanta office of Smith, Currie & Hancock, LLP. Garrett received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996. In 2001, Garrett graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board, Honor Council and Journal of National Security Law.
Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Garrett worked at one of the largest law firms in Atlanta where he was national defense counsel for one of the three major consumer credit reporting agencies. Prior thereto, Garrett practiced at one of the city's most well-respected defense firms where he gained litigation experience in the areas of workers' compensation and general tort liability. Since joining Smith, Currie & Hancock, Garrett has been active in the firm's construction and government contracts practices, representing clients in public and private contracting matters.
