Evangelin LeeAssociate
EVANGELIN LEE is an associate in Smith Currie’s Las Vegas office. She represents corporate clients in all facets of litigation, including matters involving contract disputes, products liability, torts, and other complex litigation with an emphasis in construction law. Her construction law experience includes representing owners, contractors and subcontractors in breach of contract claims, for both commercial and private property, and mechanic’s lien litigation, including lien filing, enforcement, and defense.
Her broad litigation experience includes drafting pleadings and motions, extensive written and deposition discovery work, and handling court hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trial.
Ms. Lee was a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael L. Douglas, Supreme Court of Nevada and an arbitrator for the Saltman Dispute Resolution Society during law school. She graduated with honors from the William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada Las Vegas. During law school, she received various academic achievement awards, honors recognition, and scholarships.
Ms. Lee is also a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She speaks Korean and Japanese. She has been selected for the 2010 edition of Mountain States Rising Stars in the category of Construction Litigation.
