Ramsey KazemAssociate
RAMSEY KAZEM is an associate in the Atlanta office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP. He was born in Nijmegen, Netherlands . He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance--with a concentration in International Business--from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1996. While in college, Ramsey was active in student govermment, the interfraternity counsel, and the Sigma Chi fraternity. He was also a member of Fairleigh Dickinson's football team.
After college, Ramsey attended law school and business school at Emory University and received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration in 2000. While in law school. Ramsey served as a Managing Editor of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal and was a member of the Emory Moot Court Special Teams (securities team).
From 2000-2004, Ramsey was an associate with the firm Goldner, Sommers, Scrudder & Bass in Atlanta, Georgia , where he gained litigation experience in the areas of premises liability, products liability and medical malpractice. Since joining Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP, Ramsey has been active in the firm's construction, government contracts and commercial litigation practice groups representing clients in public and private contracting matters.
