Xavier A. FrancoAssociate

XAVIER A. FRANCO is an associate in the Ft. Lauderdale office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2002.   Xavier attended law school at the University of Miami and received his Juris Doctorate in 2006. He was a walk-on associate editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and a recipient of the Juliet Schneller Scholarship.  He further served as a Dean's Fellow in Civil Procedure and held bi-weekly seminars on that subject for First Year Law Students.  Xavier served as a Summer Associate with Smith Currie following his second year of Law School and subsequently accepted a permanent position with the firm.
