Robert O. Fleming, Jr.

ROBERT O. FLEMING, JR. has practiced construction law exclusively since 1977.  Mr. Fleming received a B.S. (with honors) in Engineering Operations from North Carolina State University in 1972, and a J.D. (with distinction) from Duke University School of Law in 1977.  He co-authored a chapter on building construction litigation in Deposition Strategy, Law and Forms (Matthew Bender, 1981).  He has also been a guest lecturer at the Georgia Institute of Technology, teaching courses on the Legal Aspects of Architecture, Engineering and Contracting, and on Construction Finance.  Mr. Fleming is a member of the Georgia Bar , and is admitted to practice before the Fourth, Fifth, and Eleventh U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, the U.S. Claims Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
