H. LEE FALLS, III is an associate in the Charlotte office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP.  Lee received his B.A. degree from Duke University in 2003.  He was named to Duke University 's deans list with distinction.  He was also the Governor James B. Hunt Young Citizen's Scholarship recipient for citizenship and community involvement.  After graduating from Duke University , Lee attended Duke University School of Law and received his law degree in 2006.
